Darryl is Managing Director & CEO of Bapcor Limited, having been appointed in October 2011. He is also Chairman of Bapcor Finance Pty Ltd. Darryl has more than 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry and extensive knowledge in business acquisitions, mergers and strategy. Previous Director and Executive roles have been with Repco, Paperlinx, Amcor, Signcraft and CPI. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and economics from the University of Melbourne.
Darryl is the Chairperson of Hellaby’s Remuneration & Nominations Committee.
Mathew has more than 15 years’ experience in a broad range of Commercial, Finance and Strategic roles throughout Australia and Asia. He has previously worked for General Motors, Metcash, Deloitte and Amcor. He has worked in the automotive industry for more than 10 years and is currently the Executive General Manager – Strategic Business Development at Bapcor. He holds a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from Deakin University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Greg is currently CFO and Company Secretary of Bapcor Limited, and Director of Bapcor Finance Pty Ltd. Greg has more than 25 years’ experience in the automotive, industrial and public accounts sectors. Previously CFO at Atlas Steels and at Plexicor which was a major supplier to the automotive industry. Also held various senior financial positions with Amcor after commencing career with KPMG as a chartered accountant.
Greg is a member of Hellaby’s Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration & Nominations Committee.
Margaret brings more than 30 years’ business experience in a broad range of senior positions and 10 years experience in broad directorship. A proven executive leader, Ms Haseltine has significant experience in the areas of supply chain and logistics, customer interface in the FMCG sector, change management, governance, and management within a large corporate environment. Prior to joining Bapcor, Ms Haseltine held various senior positions with Mars Food Australia, including CEO, spanning a 20-year career.
